Contra Costa Services Network Pilot Program

Overview

Contra Costa Services Network (CCSN)through the funding of John Muir Community Health Fund and Lesher Foundation brings the power of Contra Costa’s 211 resource system directly to service providers throughout the County. By participating in the CCSN program, service providers will be able to provide immediate client referrals to other programs and agencies for additional services, follow up at a glance to see that clients receive the referral service, and tap into power data analytics that it offers.

What is the Contra Costa Services Network?

The Contra Costa Services Network (CCSN) extends the capabilities of Contra Costa’s 211 resource system directly to service providers throughout the County. By joining CCSN, service providers can offer immediate client referrals to other programs and agencies, ensure clients receive referral services, and leverage powerful data analytics. Partners gain direct access to the Community Services Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, facilitating comprehensive client understanding, seamless service delivery, and collaborative data analysis.
